Scholarships for Training Courses in April and May, 2018
In collaboration with the leading environmental experts of the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT), the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) and its development partners, the Asian Development Bank and the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), the Vietnam Learning Center on Environmental and Social Sustainability (LC) is offering scholarships for participants to attend the following courses:
- ES07- ENVIRONMENTAL AND SOCIAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT IN POWER ENERGY PROJECTS: 9-13 April, 2017 in Ho Chi Minh City
- ES08- ENVIRONMENTAL BENEFITS MAPPING & ANALYSIS – COMMUNITY EDITION (BenMAP-CE): 29-31 May, 2018 in Hanoi
Facilitating Team of ES07: The course is designed and delivered by leading Environmental and Energy Experts from the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. Prof. Nguyen Thi Kim Oanh is the Leader Facilitator, Co-facilitators are Ms. Jeanne, Ms. Hanh Shaw - EIA Reviewers and Environmental Scientists working for U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and Ms. Julie Ann Smith, Electricity Policy Analyst of the U.S. Department of Energy’s Office of Electricity Delivery and Energy Reliability

With this letter we would like to invite you to register for the above mentioned courses. Please note that the scholarship-awarded participants need to contribute the logistic fee (including training materials, tea breaks and lunches). In addition, they are responsible for air-ticket, travel, accommodation and dinners during the course delivery. The training agenda is attached for more details.
