Rehabilitation Center Opened for AO Victims

The Association of Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin in the northern province of Thai Binh has opened a rehabilitation centre for local Agent Orange/dioxin victims. The $480,000 centre, funded by the Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (Agribank), is expected to nurture and provide vocational training to help AO victims. Thai Binh has more than 30,000 people suffering from AO/dioxin effects. (Vietnam News Aug 4)
