Welcome to the VUFO-NGO Resource Centre Newsletter for 1-15 March, 2011.

On behalf of members, we have the pleasure to welcome the new Country Coordinator for Education for Development in Ho Chi Minh City, Ms. Hanna Smokcum. We wish her all the best in the position. We also thank her predecessor, Ms. Kirsten Theuns, for her support for the NGO Resource Centre during her three years as Country Coordinator at EFD, and wish her good luck in her work with EFD International. There are four Working Group meetings in March: the Disability Working Group will meet on March 10 (02:00) at the NGO Resource Centre; the Child Rights Working Group will meet on March 16 (02:00) at the NGO Resource Centre;  the HCMC Child Rights Working Group will meet on March 25 (08:30) at the Offices of the Ho Chi Minh Child Welfare Foundation, 85/ 65 Pham Viet Chanh, Ward 19, Bình Thanh district, Ho Chi Minh City (this meeting was originally scheduled for March 17); the Disaster Management Working Group will meet on March 18 (02:00) at the NGO Resource Centre.
