Community Support Officer

Norwegian People’s Aid (NPA) Risk Reduction Project– T.T.Hue Union of Friendship Organisation, is seeking for 01 Community Support Officer. This is a full-time position, based in Hue initially a 06- month - contract with possibility of extension.

Area of Responsibility
- Provide progressive and targeted support to establish and develop NPA ERW Risk Reduction Project capability
- Assist the NPA Project Manager in the development, monitoring and management of the project according to the project plans and budgets;
- Be responsible for management, tasking and supervision of locally employed project staff;
- Contribute towards training, capacity and competence building of team members.

Main Requirement:
- University degree
- At least two years of experience working for development projects/ organisations
- Good command of English (written and oral) and inter-personal communication skills
- Willingness to travel by motorbike to the project site in a regular basis
