The American Red Cross - Viet Nam Delegation would like to inform that Ms. Diane Francisco has been appointed to be the Country Representative to replace Mr. D. Kendall RePass as of November 2015. Ms. Francisco comes to American Red Cross with many years of management experience in international development and humanitarian work. She is a trained public health specialist as well, with two masters degrees in related fields.
