The Delegation of the European Union to Vietnam continues to support the work of Civil Society and Local Authorities in Vietnam through a Call for Proposals to award Grant to Civil Society Organisations and Local Authorities. The call reference number is 150453.

The deadline for the submission of Concept Notes is 29 January 2016 at 11:00 Brussels time and 17:00 Vietnam time
The concept note, full application and supporting documents must be submitted online via PROSPECT https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/europeaid/prospect [2] following the instructions given in the PROSPECT user manual.
