WWF was one of the first International non-government organizations working in Viet Nam. In 1985, WWF began working on a national conservation strategy and since then has worked closely with the Vietnamese Government on a diverse range of environmental issues and implemented field activities across the country. WWF-Greater Mekong sub-region (WWF-GM Hub) includes a team of regional staff/consultants and is responsible for implementing transboundary projects among all Greater Mekong's countries (Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Thailand, and Vietnam). The operations of WWF-GM Hub are supported by WWF- Viet Nam.
WWF-Viet Nam seeks to engage an Organizational Development (OD) Advisor or Consulting Team (hereinafter called the “Consultant”) to provide recommendations on the proper statutory, legal and organizational designs of the operations of WWF-GM Hub that will sit within the current WWF-Viet Nam entity, to ensure full compliance with the local rules and regulations. The key output should be documented in a report to detail findings and recommendations to management for the next steps.
