Title: Construction of new Communal Health Centers in Ngan Son and Na Ri Districts - Bac Kan Province (Works)
This notice of invitation is launched by the Luxembourg Agency for Development Cooperation (Lux-Development), on behalf of project VIE/027 Supporting Health Care Policy for the Poor in Cao Bang and Bac Kan receiving financial support from the Governments of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
Identification of the contract
Type of contract: Works
Object: Construction of new Communal Health Centers in two districts (Ngan Son District and Na Ri District) of Bac Kan Province.
Number of lots: 02 lots
Lot I: Construction of three new CHCs in Van Tung, Trung Hoa and Na Phac communes in Ngan Son District – Bac Kan Province;
Lot II: Construction of three new CHCs in Liem Thuy, Vu Loan, Lam Son communes in Na Ri District – Bac Kan Province
Grouping of lots: Tenderers can submit offers for one or two lots and can be awarded one or two lots. If a tenderer participates in both lots, and is evaluated to be the lowest compliant for both lots but with the same team and equipment, he can be awarded only one lot and the choice of the lot to be awarded will be made in the interest of the Project.
