RECRUITMENT FOR SPONSORSHIP SERVICE DIVISION OFFICER
Good Neighbors is an international, non-profit humanitarian organization that plans, implements and raises funds for the provision of services in child education, community development, health, sanitation, and disaster relief projects. Currently Good Neighbors has been operating in 37 countries, supporting approximately 17 million people, including about 10 million children.
Good Neighbors International in Vietnam (GNI) is implementing Community Development Projects (CDP) based on child sponsorship in 3 provinces; Tuyen Quang, Hoa Binh, and Thanh Hoa. GNI is working in main areas as child sponsorship and education, water and sanitation, income generation, etc. in 6 CDPs and is managing about 10,000 sponsored children.

1. KEY WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
Internal: Country Director, Managing Director, General Manager, AD-FD Manager/Officers , PMs, Project Officers
External: GNI’s Donors, Partners, Governmental. Officials, INGOs, Communities.
- Make Annual Plan of Action (POA)
- Participate in activities of Child Management: Home visiting, Case management, ACL, APR, Gift money and letter (GML), Annual gift, New child;
- Be responsible for activities of Sponsorship Service: Health checkup, Special case;
- Closely in touch with Management and PIC of activities in the Hanoi office;
- Be responsible for the effectiveness of the program during the implementation process: preparation, making proposal, planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation and reporting;
- Contact/ work with local partners involved in order to facilitate effective implementation of the program;
- Guide and ensure the partner, the participants to comply with the principles of the GNI during implementation process;
- Report regular activities / events/ or upon request to the PIC of activities, Project manager;
- Manage and promote the disbursement progress as planned;
- Coordinate with other departments (Finance, Administration ...) at the office to implement activity efficiently;
- Proactive consultation for HO about effectiveness and adjustments of program / activity (if any).
- Do other tasks require by line managers.
3. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Education
- University degree of Social work,
- Education or other related fields
Work experience
- At least 1 year of working experience
- Experience in community development or with NGO
Skills
- Ability to work independently and work with team.
- Good communication skill
- Good skill in computer use: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Email
- Basic English skill
Attitude
- Sociable, responsive
- Commit to work at GNI at least 2 years
- Teamwork;
- Truthful and accountable
