Title: Short-term (national) Consultancy to Develop a Communication Campaign
in Support of Organic Agriculture Production and Consumption
Maximum budget: VND 132 Million – performance period of three and a half months
With financial support from the Governments of Viet Nam and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, the project Climate Adaptation and Resilience in Thua Thien Hue Province – VIE/433 – launches a call for Expressions of Interest for the acquisition of services for a short-term consultancy assignment “To develop a communication campaign in organic agriculture (OA) production and consumption” in Thua Thien Hue province.
Service providers that are invited to express their interest (EOI) to offer the services mentioned above shall be one or a team of individual consultants. In their EOI, s/he/they will demonstrate their technical capacity and experience as per the following requirements:
- Minimum Master’s Degree in communication, social marketing, or another relevant subject;
- The consultants must have at least 8 years of directly relevant experience in developing and leading IEC strategies and campaigns targeted at rural people with at least 03 completed communication campaign designs and development of a similar nature and scale;
- The consultant or one of his/her team must have knowledge on, and minimum 5 years of experience in the field of OA; any experience with IEC campaigns, tools and materials specifically focussed on OA would be considered a major asset;
- The consultant or one of his/her team must have the necessary design qualifications and experience for this input.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills using visualization techniques.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.

The start of the contract is foreseen for September 16, 2019 and to terminate on December 31, 2019.
Service providers must be available for the entire period and are expected to work in Hue City, Quang Dien, Phu Vang and Phu Loc districts, Thua Thien Hue province.
The maximum budget available for this contract, all-inclusive, is VND 132 million (taxes included).
Interested service providers are invited to submit sufficient documentation (updated CVs relating to this assignment and EOI letter) in response to the selection criteria. The shortlist of candidates to be invited to submit a complete proposal will consist of the three (3) candidates with highest qualification and rank against the selection criteria.
