The Program “Decentralized Trade Support Services for Strengthening the International Competitiveness of Vietnamese Small and Medium-sized Enterprises” sponsored by the government of Switzerland and implemented by Vietnam Trade Promotion Agency (Ministry of Industry and Trade) is looking for qualified Institution/Corporate from National Organizations for the position of Senior National Technical Consultant (STC) of Export Potential Assessment (EPA).
Detail as follow:
1. Position: Senior National Technical Consultant of Export Potential Assessment
2. Duration: 04 months part-time (March 1 – June 30 2014)
3. Major duties: Detailed TOR
The STC main responsibilities are:
- to coach the five EPA sectorial teams working in parallel at the national and regional levels, in their progress towards achieving the planned outputs (comprehensive, up-to-date and sufficiently detailed EPA reports),
- to consolidate and edit the 4 EPA reports, originally in the Vietnamese language, and later in the English translation, and
- to help prepare an EPA training of trainers video in Vietnamese which he will introduce to the 20 consultants who will later become trainers of future EPA consultants, to ensure sustainability.
