PSI Vietnam is now seeking a qualified research agency to conduct worksite mapping in 6 malaria project provinces (Binh Phuoc, Gia Lai, Dak Lak, Dak Nong, Quang Binh and Kon Tum) in July and August 2016. Please study the details in the attached RFP [2] and send us your technical proposal & quotation separately paying attention to the followings:
1. Use PSI financial proposal [3]: SVC-16-24 Malaria Worksite Mapping Survey 2016 (attached)
2. Properly signed and stamped your quotation & technical proposal
3. Submit Financial proposal (quotation) and Technical proposal in 2 separated and sealed envelop with title “Conduct Malaria Worksite Mapping Survey 2016”
4. Send your technical proposal & quotation separately via one of the followings:
- Hand-deliver it to PSI office at 11st Floor, VinaFor Building, 127 Lo Duc, Hai Ba Trung, Hanoi.
- Send it via post to the above-mentioned address
Note: We will evaluate your technical proposal based on following criteria:
1. Organization profile and Proposed personnel and management approach
2. Working Partnership
3. Quality of proposed plan and methodology
4. Timeline
The deadline for submitting technical proposal & financial proposal is 16:00 8th July, 2016. Proposals which are not submitted by this deadline will not be considered.
