PSI Vietnam is now seeking a qualified research agency to conduct Reproductive Health Behavioral Survey in Hanoi, Dong Nai and An Giang. Please study the details in the attached RFP [2] and submit your technical proposal & quotation separately paying attention to the followings:
1. Properly signed and stamped your quotation & technical proposal
2. Submit Financial proposal (quotation) and Technical proposal in 2 separated and sealed envelop with title of the project
3. Send your technical proposal & quotation separately via one of the followings:
- Hand-deliver it to PSI office at 11st Floor, VinaFor Building, 127 Lo Duc, Hai Ba Trung, Hanoi [3].
- Send it via post to the above-mentioned address
Note: We will evaluate your technical proposal based on following criteria:
- Organization profile and Proposed personnel and management approach
- Working Partnership
- Quality of proposed plan and methodology
- Timeline

The deadline for submitting technical proposal & financial proposal is 9:00 25 June 2018. Proposals which are not submitted by this deadline will not be considered.
