PSI Vietnam is now seeking a qualified research agency company to conduct the Malaria endline survey for GEMS project. Please refer to attached file [2] for the details and pay attention to the following
- Properly signed and stamped your quotation & technical proposal
- Submit Financial proposal (quotation) and Technical proposal in 2 separated and sealed envelop with title “SVC19-20 Malaria Endline Survey 2019”
- Send your technical proposal & quotation separately via one of the followings:
- Hand-deliver it to PSI office at 11st Floor, VinaFor Building, 127 Lo Duc, Hai Ba Trung, Hanoi.
- Send it via post to the above-mentioned address

- Quality of proposed plan and methodology
- Organization profile and Proposed personnel and management approach
- Timeline
- Working Partnership

The deadline for submitting technical proposal & financial proposal is 17:00 October 21, 2019. Proposals which are not submitted by this deadline will not be considered.
