“The Sustainable Rural Development for the Poor Project in Quang Binh province (SRDP) is implemented under the Financing Agreement signed by Government of Vietnam and International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) on 27/11/2013 in Rome, Italy.
In coming time, the Project will conduct a baseline survey and related activities to establish the information management system and database in order to provide inputs for Project monitoring and evaluation activities. Therefore, PPMU of SRDP Quang Binh wants to seek for a national consulting organisation/ unit, which is adequately qualified and experienced about the monitoring and evaluation field, to support this activity.
Main task of this organisation/ unit shall be to provide technical assistance and training for the baseline survey, elaboration of survey report; establishment of information management system for Project management purpose. Please see attached file [1] for more information.
Qualified and adequately experienced national consulting organisation/ units are invited to send Expression of Interest and Interest Dossier in attachment to the email address: [email protected] [2] before 17:00 on 24/03/2014 in order to be assessed for the short list for the package of “National TA for baseline survey and M&E”.
