The project “Strengthening the impacts of Public Administration Reform in Da Nang city” aims at improving the quality and performance of civil servants and public employees in Da Nang city and improving the quality of delivery of public administrative services to the people and organizations through OSS/IAOSS mechanism.
In accordance with Annual Work Plan 2012-2013 approved by UNDP and People’s Committee of Da Nang city, the Project will support Da Nang Department of Home Affairs (DOHA) in hiring these following positions:
- A group of 02 consultants to support Department of Home Affairs in developing civil servant recruitment process based on competition and merits [1].
- A group of 02 consultants to support Department of Home Affairs in developing a set of indicators and toolkits for assessment of satisfaction with the quality of administrative services delivered of citizens and organizations [2].
- A consultant to support Department of Home Affairs in developing and modernizing the staff management system towards online application [3].
Work location: in Da Nang City and other locations required by Project Manager and NPD.
