HELVETAS Swiss Intercooperation Vietnam is looking for a National Consultant with the following qualifications to be a team member of SODIS WATSAN project's final evaluation mission:
- Substantial experience in project management and implementation
- Have professional experiences to conduct the research and evaluation
- Have capacity to analysis findings/results
- Knowledge and experience about water and sanitation, especially in the Mekong Delta is an advantage
