UNICEF Viet Nam is looking for an International Consultant - Assessment of the Mental Health Service System of the Social Welfare and Labour Sector.
Qualifications and experience required:
- Education: Post graduate degree in Social Work, Medicine, Public Health or other relevant discipline(s).
- Ten years of relevant professional work experience in the area of mental health.
- Solid research capacity
- Experience in supporting strategic planning, development or management of mental health services.
- Good experience in assessments and evaluation, especially of mental health services
- Familiarity with mental health and social welfare and labour sector in Viet Nam is an asset
- Knowledge on human rights and child rights
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Excellent communication skills
- Good computer skills
