Working in Hanoi and in a friendly and diverse environment, the Gender Justice (GJ) Program Assistant will support Gender Justice Program team in development and implementation of program strategy as well as maintaining Wequal group’s activities.
Major responsibilities:
- Coordinate with GJ Program Manager and Coordinator, Communication team to implement and oversee activities related to GJ Programs or GJ groups under support of iSEE.
- Build and maintain good relationships with partners
- Support to complete project-based reports as requested by GJ Program Manager and Coordinator
- Support in capacity trainings for Wequal – GJ group under support of iSEE
Key requirements:
- A BA's degree, preferably in the fields of social sciences, communication, development, public policy
- Experience in working with youth groups or organizing public events related to Gender fields is preferred
- Good presentation and leadership skills
- Fluent in English.
