The project “Study on policy recommendations to support for development of small and medium enterprises in agricultural sector and rural areas – phase II + III ” (SMEs project) is sponsored by Spanish International Cooperation Agency (AECID) with the purpose of providing policy recommendations to facilitate the growth of agricultural and rural SMEs in Vietnam.
The Institute of Policy and Strategy for Agriculture and Rural development (IPSARD) is assigned as an implementation agency for the SMEs project with Project Management Unit (PMU) based in the Institute. They are recruiting expert for bidding consultancy service:
I. Job description:
1. Compiling course books and organizing training courses for Project Staff and Partners on the main contents of bidding: provide explanation for terms of bidding, selection method, bidding procedure, bidding method, contract form, bidding plan, formulation and evaluation of bidding dossiers, etc.
2. Supporting Project Management Unit in bidding process (establishing bid dossier, dossier of requirement, bid announcement, bid opening, evaluation of bids, dossier of proposals, appraisal of bidding results in the scope of the project; relevant document drafting)
II. Requirements:
- At least 6-year working experiences in bidding area. Experience in ODA project in agriculture and rural area is an advantage.
- High professional qualifications
- Bachelor in economics, law
