III. Position Profile
This position reports to the President.
IV. Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the President including preparing correspondence, reports, and other materials.
- Setup President’s travel arrangements
- Setup and coordinate meeting s and conferences
- Create, transcribe, and distribute meeting agendas and minutes
- Answer telephones and handle in appropriate manner (in absence of the receptionist)
- Meet and greet clients and visitors
- Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing
- Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system
- Other duties as assigned
V. Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Proficient English
- Good Vietnamese communication skills
- At least 3 years of experience in similar position
- Good interpersonal skills
