SONG is seeking an accomplished Director of Development who has at least two years in planning, building strategy and coordinate the activities of Development Department. In charge of implementing work to reach the set KPIs.
III. RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with the Board of Directors and Board of Advisory to research and build strategy for the organization;
Identify and develop corporate, community, and individual prospects for the organization's fundraising priorities;
Implement the fund-raising development plans in accordance with ethical fundraising principles;
Monitor and evaluate all fundraising activities to ensure that the fundraising goals are being achieved;
Develop and manage timelines for various fundraising activities to ensure strategic plans and critical fund-raising processes are carried out in a timely manner;
Design team chart, recruit and develop the team of Development
Build and manage annual budget of the department
Collaborate with other Programmes of the Foundation to ensure the fund-raising goals are being achieved;
Networking with existing and potential donors. Being the representative of the Chairperson of Song Foundation when being appointed
Manage donor data. Provide data and other information related to grants and sponsorships to Song leadership
Develop and establish relationship with medias and press. Being responsible for the effectiveness of the Fund-raising campaigns through all communication channels
Execute grant writing and coordinate calendar grant reporting deadlines, meetings, and other grant related activities to acquire grant funding for SONG.

IV. REQUIREMENTS
Educations:
A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Communications, Finance or related field required. A degree in Sustainable development, Anthropology or public policy preferred.
Background in community work or social work
Skills:
Self-starter, able to work independently, and entrepreneurial; enjoys creating and implementing new initiatives.
Project management and coordinating

Knowledge of and experience with social media tools, including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Blog.
Proficient technological skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and various online tools.
English level:
Fluently in written and spoken English

At least two years similar position or managing of Fund-raising/communication/public policy in community-based organization/Fund/Foundation.
