The Project “Support to the implementation of the Resolution 80/NQ-CP on directions of sustainable poverty reduction (2011-2020) and the National Targeted Program on Sustainable Poverty Reduction (2012-2016)" (PRPP). The Project is supported by UNDP with cost-sharing from Irish Aid is to provide technical assistance for Ministry of Labor-Invalids and Social Affairs (MOLISA) and other related agencies at central and local level.
To implement Deputy Prime Minister Vu Van Ninh’s direction, pursuant to Announcement 143/TB-VPCP dated 4/8/2014 of the Government Office, line ministries develop action plans for revision and addition to poverty reduction mechanisms and policies, report to Central Steering Committee on Poverty Reduction for discussion and agreement before submission to the Prime Minister, the GOVN and the National Assembly. Ministry of Health proposes PRPP project to support several technical activities to implement “Overview of health care programs related to/on direction of sustainable poverty reduction” for reviewing and facilitating project implementation process from the perspective of the implementation of policies related to sustainable poverty reduction in health care sector. This policy research focused on health care policies related to the provision of health care services and health insurance for the poor and those in remote areas.
PRPP project plans to recruit 01 national consultant group (including 02 senior consultants and 03 assistants) to support Ministry of Health (MOH) to develop an Overview of health care programs related to/on direction of sustainable poverty reduction ethnic minority areas in PRPP selected locations.
