“Vietnam HIV/AIDS Prevention Project” funded by the World Bank and DFID is 6 - year Project in order to support the key objectives of Government of Vietnam’s National HIV/AIDS strategy. Central Project Management Unit - Ministry of Health invites eligible and qualified candidates to express their interest for 02 individual consultants ro provide technical support, monitoring and supervision to the Provincial project management units (PPMU) and the contracted promotion and distribution company implementing the condom social marketing activities in project provinces/cities.
Requirements:
Consultant should:
Vietnamese nationality;
University level or higher, preference will be given to candidates who have university degree in public health;
Working experience in implementing projects related to marketing;
Experience in disease prevention and control activities or in other public health field would be an advantage;
Fluent in English;
Self-motivated and good interpersonal skills.
