Project Management Unit of Vietnam Green Growth Support Facility (VGGSF) is seeking a consultant team including one (01) national consultant – team leader and one (01) national consultant – team member under the Procurement Package No. 1 of the VGGSF Procurement Plan 2015 for development of a green procurement policy for Vietnam.
Objective of the assignment is to elaborate the green procurment policy for Vietnam including: (i) green procurement guidelines; (ii) recommendations, and (iii) roadmap that will form the basis for future regulatory document for Vietnam. In addition, based on recommendations, the green procurement policy for GGSF is elaborated.
The consultant team will work for estimated 88 working days in 3rd Quarter 2015.

- Brief description of approach to work, technical proposal, justifications of why the individual considers him/herself as the most suitable for the assignment including a proposed methodology on how they will approach and complete the assignment (max 10 pages).
