DHF is looking for qualified consultant(s) to deliver training on communication for its partners which are organisations of persons with disabilities (DPOs) including Nam Dinh, Ha Nam, Thai Binh, Thai Nguyen, Hai Duong, Dong Trieu (Quang Ninh), and Lang Son.
