A consultant/consulting firm to develop the standard operating procedure and relevant templates for labour inspection visits
In the framework of the New Industrial Relations Framework (NIRF) Programme and in the collaboration with the MOLISA’s Inspectorate, ILO will strengthen the capacity of the Labour Inspectorate of Viet Nam to promote decent work for all people. Among various inspection supporting activities, there is a need to develop standardized forms so that data from inspection cases are fairly reflected in the documents. Likewise, the collected data could be more comparable and better analyzed at later stages. On such basis, ILO will support the development of a standard operating procedure and a standardized package of inspection forms and templates for conducting labour inspection visits in line with the relevant legal and policy framework with respect to labour inspection.
ILO Office for Viet Nam seeks to engage a consultant/consulting firm to develop and formalise a standard operating procedure (SOP) for labour inspection visits with relevant templates for labour inspection including via inter-agencies collaboration. In the long term, the assignment is to strengthen the capacity and efficiency of labour inspectorates at the central and local levels.
