The Flemish Association for Development Cooperation and Technical Assistance (VVOB) is a non-profit organization that by order of the Flemish and the Belgian government contributes to the improvement of the quality of education in developing countries. The Multi Year Plan 2008-2013 and the Programme Operational Plan 2011-2013 in Vietnam are built on the foundations laid in the past, i.e. teacher training especially through Environmental Education (EE) and Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), and Educational Management.
