HELVETAS Swiss Intercooperation is funding a 4 year - Community Based Tourism project (CBT) to help ethnic minority communities access additional incomes source and employment. The Center for Rural Economy Development (CRED) is implementing this CBT project in Hoang Su Phi district, Ha Giang province and in Quang Uyen and Trung Khanh districts, Cao Bang province from 2016.
HELVETAS/CRED is looking for consultant or consultancy company to conduct the mid-term evaluation of the project (TOR [1] attached). Please submit work proposal outlining time, frameworks and detailed methodologies for completing the mid-term review, expecting consultant fee, logistic and others along with the individual consultant’s CVs to CRED [email protected] [2] before December 30th, 2017.
