In the framework of the project on “Development of a National response to domestic violence” in the period of 2012 – 2016, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in cooperation with the United Nations Population Fund in Vietnam (UNFPA) will host a Joint Communication Campaign to response to 25th November in 2015 (International Day on Elimination of all forms of violation against women) with the participation of the relevant agencies such as the government, international organizations, CSOs, press and mass media. This JCC will help to promote more effective communication on DVPC, GE, GBV. Project Management Unit (PMU) VNM8P05 will hold an orientation workshop on Communication of domestic violence prevention for press, mass media agencies and communication staff of some central agencies in Southern region. The workshop will be a forum for sharing, exchanging and providing knowledge, basic skills on DVPC, GBV, gender equality, gender-sensitive communication, thereby promoting more efficient communication, Campaign to raise awareness and attract the attention of society to work on DVPC and GBV.
