The Socialist Republic of Vietnam has received a grant from the International Development Association (IDA), and intends to apply part of the proceeds of this grant to payments under the contract for development and production of promotional film.
The services include production of film on project implementation and results in kind of television report to broadcast on television and backup tapes for distribution. The consulting services will be started in October 2011.
The Central Project Management Unit of HEMA Project now invites eligible consultants to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc.). Consultants may associate to enhance their qualifications.
A consultant will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants by World Bank Borrowers,6 May 2004 (revised October 2006).
