CRED is implementing the community based tourism project to create the sustainable income sources for poor ethnic minorities groups and help local people to protect environment and preserve their cultural identities in Hoang Su Phi (Ha Giang) and Cao Bang. CRED is looking for consultant to develop M&E system, deliver M&E training for community, and coaching on Community and Tourism Development Fund management.
