In 2007, AFV / AAV and the People's Committee of Nho Quan District coordinated to implementat the project "Promoting the integration of people with disabilities through initiatives of social organizations" funded by CBM. This is a project within the framework of the Nho Quan District Development Support Program (LRP25) co-implemented by AFV / AAV and Nho Quan District People's Committee.
Following the achievements of the project in 2017, AFV / AAV and People's Committee of Nho Quan District are now implementing the project "Promoting the integration of disabled people and building communities to adapt to natural disasters and climate change in Nho Quan District ”. General objectives of the project: People with disabilities and their communities will become more integrated and adaptable to the impacts of natural disasters and climate change.
Promoting inclusion for people with disabilities in disaster risk reduction is a content throughout the project. In order to enhance the dissemination of activities of disaster reduction as well as to protect children in disaster risk reduction (DRR) in communes project and Nho Quan district.
AFV and local partners will hire consultants to design and produce communication materials on disaster risk reduction (iDRR) and child protection in disaster risk reduction.
This Terms of Reference [1] sets out objectives, results, budgets, implementation plans and related plans for implementing this activity.
