HELVETAS Vietnam is implementing Project “Women’s Economic Empowerment through market systems development in Medicinal Plants and Shantea Intercropping with Medicinal Plants“ in Bat Xat and Bac Ha districts, Lao Cai province. The project is looking for a Consultant to review the current situation of supply services and mechanism to promote production of medicinal seedlings in Lao Cai province; and to coordinate with DARD to organize workshops for solutions to promote the development of pharmaceutical seedling supply service models in Lao Cai province.
