VVOB is recruiting a national(s) expert to assist in the development of a training manual on the topic of Educational Management called “Lower Secondary School Principals with the Evaluation of Students' Performance”. The consultancy aims to produce a training manual that will be used for a 1.5-day training on aspects of evaluating students' performance for school managers. The training seeks to enable school managers to understand the broad picture of evaluating students' performance in innovative ways, their role in the change process, and specific techniques relevant for specific active teaching methods so that they can apply the obtained knowledge and skills in their work.
