ILO is seeking consultancy for upgrading the web-based children's database and developing an application on mobile phone platforms (IOS and ANDROID) for the project “Technical Support for Enhancing National Capacity to Prevent and Reduce Child Labour in Viet Nam (ENHANCE)”.
