ActionAid International in Vietnam (AAV) cooperates with the Management Board of Tra Vinh City Development Program (LRP102) to implement the project "Women respond to natural disasters and climate change in Tra Vinh" from 1/2019 to 6/2020 in 3 wards/communes of Tra Vinh City. The Project is funded by ForumSyd Fund (Sweden). The overall goal of the project is "Women in risk-prone areas in Tra Vinh city are empowered to take an active role in building resilient communities, with public spaces available through dialogue with decision-makers and access to public services that improve water supply and drainage”. The project is looking for a Consultant teams as followings:
