CARE Vietnam will run a month-long campaign in March 2018 under the Global CARE Campaign #March4Women to increase public interest in the need to stop sexual harassment at workplace. The campaign has two components: online and offline. The target audience is working women in all contexts: offices, academics, factories, etc. The key message of the campaign is:
It’s time to stop sexual harassment at the workplace, starting from knowing the line between sexual harassment and acceptable behavior.
Therefore CARE is looking for Consultant/consultant team to run offline events with ones who have are target audiences. The consultant/ consultant team is expected to do following tasks:
- Organize at least two events with two different target audiences
- Develop the scenario of the event that suitable to the indentified target audiences: factory workers are the first priority. The events should critically distribute the campaign message and encourage audiences to transfer the message to larger counterparts within their own sectors.
- Be responsible to facilitate the events including facilitation of the discussion in the events
- Be responsible to contact with factories or institution to organize the event/ events
- Be responsible to produce any communication product to use in the events in consultation with CARE communication specialist. The product must be in line with CARE International #March4Women band mark.
Timeline and deliverables
The events should be organized no later than March 25th, 2018
Deliverables include a short report of the events include photos and/ or video shooting the event.
