In collaboration with the MOLISA’s Inspectorate and under the New Industrial Relations Framework (NIRF) Programme, the ILO and the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs (MOLISA) are preparing to conduct a series of technical cooperation activities to enhance the capacity and effectiveness of the Labour Inspection system, including the improvement of labour inspection information system. ILO Office for Viet Nam seeks to engage the consultancy service to carry out the Labour Inspection Case Management System Development to support the development of a computerised case management system for labour inspectors as a means to digitize inspection work processes as a contribution to implementing ongoing labour law reform and improving compliance in the changing world of work.
