Nathan Associate is is seeking technical and cost proposals from eligible firms to provide assistance to Vietnam Customs School (VCS) on production of digital courses for its e-learning management system (eLMS).

Proposals are due in electronic copy only, in MS Word, MS Excel, and/or PDF formats, by 15 December 2022 12:00 Indochina time (GMT +0700). Tables or charts in MS Excel format should be labeled appropriately. The email must not exceed 5MB in size. Technical and cost proposals need to be submitted in separate electronic files and emailed to [email protected] [2]. Please reference the RFP number (VTFP-RFP-022-005) in the subject line of the email.
