Article 1 “Source and Nationality Requirements for Procurement of Commodities and Services” - Session II of Part 2

“Eligible nationality of bidders and origins of goods to be offered shall be defined by “Rules on Participation in Procurement Procedures and Grants” of IPRAG Practical Guide of European Commission, which is provided under Annexure 1 of this Bidding Document”

Subject to exceptional approval from Project donor, the rule of origin of goods offered is derogated, meaning there is no restriction on the origin of goods in this bid.

In the bidding documents, the relevant goods are goods in the field of electrical and/or photographic goods

We would like to ask if we have experience contract to provide equipment such as: GPS devices, laser rangefinder, tree diameter, binoculars, flycam, computer, printer, projectors, cameras, meteorological stations, and environmental monitors. Those goods are met the similar characteristics of the goods (electrical and/or photographic goods)?

Article 2 “Qualifications of Bidders” - Session II of Part 2

Bidder’s experiences: The duration to declare supply experience is requested to be extended from 2018 to 2021 instead of from 2019 to 2021; OR the total accrual amount of all electrical and/or photographic goods supply contracts equivalent to 3,000,000,000 VND in ONE year is requested to extend to TWO years.

In Bidding Document, there is no limitation of contract year when a bidder declares its supply experience, means proper experience in any year within a bidder’s registration period is counted and considered.

Total accrual amount of all electrical and/or photographic goods supply contracts in ONE year equivalent to 3,000,000,000 VND.
