II. PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Under the supervision of the Executive Director, the Accounting and Administrative Officer provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; preparing reports. Accounting and Administrative Officer will also be in charge of VBCWE’s administrative tasks and support logistics for events.

IV. JOB ILLUSTRATION
- Managing accounts receivable and payable
- Preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, tax report and other reports on monthly and quarterly basis (in both Vietnamese and English)
- Tracking, billing and collection with financing partners
- Working with banks
- Maintaining accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
- Securing financial information by completing data base backups.
- Supporting administrative and secretariat tasks (purchasing, preparing logistics for events, translating…)

- Functional expertise: Has a deep understanding of the whole function of accounting and finance, administrative processes and the link between accounting and finance function and others.
- Process improvement: Support continuous improvements in processes throughout own function

VI. JOB QUALIFICATION
Requirements
- Hold at least a Bachelor Degree in Finance and Accounting or related majors.
- Minimum 3 years relevant working experience
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written) & Microsoft Office
- Good at communication and interpersonal skills; problem solving skills; planning and organisational skills; and have ability to work well in multicultural environment
- Good at report writing skills
- Be well organized; able to meet deadlines
- Be familiar with company & group's administrative and accounting policies
- Be familiar with company & group's financial governance policies
- Have good knowledge on local taxation laws and regulations
