Social Political Ecology Research Institute (SPERI) is an independent Science and Technology Organization. SPERI works on (i) research, analyze and assess the relationship between Ecology, Policy, and Society, particularly effects to the livelihood security and biodiversity in Mekong watershed forests; (ii) Feed back, independently consult and recommend solutions in related to interdisciplinary development, application and implementation of science and technology models in order to have successful lessons learned and expand to the whole Mekong region. SPERI is seeking qualified candidate to work on following position:
1.Position: Accountant/chief accountant
2.Number of posts: 02
3.Location: Hanoi with some travel to provinces
4.Duration: at least 2 years with the renewable possibility
5.Main duties and responsibilities:
- Overview expenditure against approved budget for each items so that to have monthly report to managers for advice timely;
- Monitoring and advise financial system (receipts, accounting, relevant policies,..) in order to have professional financial system and to make sure transperancy and truth
- To make sure every financial reports are correct following rules of donors and Government
- To conduct overview summery organizational and individual financial report
- To act as reponsibilities of an accountant required by donors and follow the rules of Vietnam Gov.
- Travelling to understand and to support field offices and activities
- Supports for auditing reports.
6.Requirements:
- Vietnamese citizen with background on accounting and chief accountant with honest
- At least 2-3 years experience on the financial/accountants
- Excited to work on accountants;
- Capacities on overview, coordinating and organizing different reports and filing systems
- Having good computer skills, and English is favourable.
7.Salary: Competitive salary depends on ability and experiences.
