Mr. Koen Toonen is a senior trainer based in MDF Vietnam office. He has over 20 year experience in development sector at UN. He is an all-round development expert and trainer in Results-Based Project Management, Monitoring & Evaluation for Learning, Advocacy & Policy Influencing, Network Management, Multi-stakeholder Partnerships, Sustainability Planning, Institutional Development and Organizational Strengthening, notably for poverty alleviation and environmental management.
