The Sharing session will focus on the Introduction and guide to the implementation of the newly launched MoD's Circular. The purpose is to provide clarification on impacts of the Circular to the works of mine action international organizations in Vietnam. It is planned that section will be chaired by VNMAC, with the facilitation of the technical and legal consultants who have participated in the Circular development. VNMAC and VNMAC's STA will also share VNMAC's plan in 2020 to update the TCVN, QCVN, QM procedure and TS SOP.
