By the end of the course, you will:
- Understand RBM concepts in a changing and complex context
- Know how to improve RBM in the project cycle
- Know various methods for planning and designing results and when to use them
- Know how to strengthen RBM in an online evironment
- Know how analyse and manage risks for achieving results
- Know what is takes an an organisation to improve RBM practices
- Know how to measure complex change
Course agenda: 23 November – 4 December 2020
Each day, you will spend 2 hours joining a plenary webinar for theory and reflection on assignments and another 2 hours participating in own-paced group work and individual assignments.
- Day 1: Introduction to the course / RBM (what and why)
- Day 2: OECD RBM principles / RBM tools / RBM and SGDs
- Day 3: Planning processes (LFA + ToC)
- Day 4: Stakeholder analysis for results
- Day 5: RBM from a distance (using online tools in RBM)
- Day 6: Risk Management
- Day 7: Measuring (complex) change
- Day 8: RBM in organisations
- Day 9: Optional session (based on participants' feedback)
- Day 10: Winding-up, last quetions, looking ahead
