Japanese NGO MPKEN, offer free vocational training in Japanese cooking (especially Sushi) and Japanese hair cut skill for the disadvantaged youth from poor families, financially difficult situations and orphans. MPKEN provides free 1 year training and brings opportunity to become independent for the young people who cannot go to study at college nor university because of their situations. They support all expenses such as tuition, food and living. In addition, they help the students to work in Japanese restaurant and hair salon in Hanoi after the graduation.
