The Project “MARD Macro Management” – support to Public Administration Reform (PAR) in the Ministry of Agricultural and Rural Development (MARD) was officially launched on 1st September 2007 and will be implemented for 54 months. The Project aims at facilitating the on-going reform process to strengthen the capacities of MARD for policy formulation and the management of public service delivery, towards to the model of Macro management Ministry.
The objective of this assignment is, in consultation through a need assessment among key counterparts and stakeholders, to prepare two individual training programs:
i) for Departmental managers; and
ii)for members of the PAR MARD network
The project is going to select a competent domestic consulting firm or a consultancy group to carry out this assignment. The selection will be based on competitive basis in accordance with the UNDP procurement regulations. The consultancy service will commence in November 2009.
