NORWEGIAN PEOPLE’S AID VIETNAM (NPA VN) is a Norwegian NGO working within mine action field in Vietnam. We are now recruiting 01 intern to work full-time at their communication office 25 NGUYEN VAN CU, Hue.
Duration: 6 months, preferred start date: 15 Oct 2010
Compensation: allowance based on the candidate’s performance and qualification
OBJECTICVE
To create an opportunity for the just-graduated students to gain practical experiences for the future career.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Under the supervision of Admin Coordinator:
- Responsible for financial and admin tasks
- In charge of office reception including handling phone calls and office guests
JOB SPECIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS (compulsory)
- University degree, major in business/ accounting or related fields
- Excellent in communication (both English and Vietnamese)
- Good writing skill (both English and Vietnamese)
- Good problem-solving skills
- Office computer skills; familiar with Outlook and Microsoft Office
- Work-oriented, careful , team-player, friendly, patient and proactive
