INGO Forum 
The VUFO-NGO Resource Centre convenes regular INGO Forums, which give representatives of international NGO representatives the opportunity to share experiences, discuss issues common to their work and better coordinate activities.

Program 135 Phase II and INGO Involvement 
Program 135 Phase II is a five-year poverty reduction programme of the Government of Vietnam. It targets 1,644 poor and mountainous communes in 45 provinces that are home to the majority of Vietnam’s ethnic minorities.
The 10-year Social Economic Development Strategy (SEDS) and five year Socio-Economic Development Plan (SEDP) together comprise the Vietnamese Government's main strategy for development.
The Consultative Groups brings together the Vietnamese Government and donor agencies at the highest level to discuss development policies and donor pledges. Four international NGOs, elected by members of the VUFO-NGO Resource Centre, are invited as observers to the meeting, where they share one seat at the formal roundtable.
